Items are selling the Marketplace BUT ... I am not receiving payment

I have noticed SEVERAL transactions for Marketplace items of mine that were purchased ... But I have not received payment for these items.  I thought maybe it was due to the testing of the new marketplace.

Today I signed on with an alt and purchased 2 of my items.  The items were delivered to my ALT, her account was debited ... BUT I did not receive nay payment. 

Would you be able to shed some light on this for me?

I can assure you, the money was taken out of my ALTs' account, my Magic Box DID deliver the item, My ALT received the items and I did not receive payment to to my account :(

Well this is a user supported forum, so all we can say would be file a support ticket. (https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/). Select Marketplace, then General Marketplace Issues and describe your issue.
