I purchased tried to purchase Lindens, my card was charged when will my account be updated?

I tried purchasing Lindens, my account says that I never did purchase any Lindens, but my CC has been charged, but my account not updated.  How long will it take to update? Also I think i screwed up and purchased Lindens and a gift card credit amount, so i can use the gift card credit to purchase Lindens with?
