Full Sim, Estate Manager Rights, L$16,999/week

L$16,999/week for a full-prim sim with Estate Manager rights. That price won't change as long as Linden doesn't end grandfather pricing, and they said that won't happen in 2012!

The sim is currently named "Bad Blood." I'll pay to rename it if you pay first and last week's rent up front. Otherwise, paying the first week's rent moves you in. You can put the extra week on deposit later if you ever want to rename.

You and anyone you like will be estate managers. You can retexture, set the encironment settings, sublease, and otherwise use it as if it were your own.
