Linden Lab's transfer fee is US$300 per region for grandfathered homesteads, unless you have an alternate arrangement with Linden Lab. Linden Lab will rename a region with the transfer if you ask politely. If you're new to this: Linden Lab requires you to have at least one full prim region before you can own any Homestead regions. Good fences make great neighbors. On the Walls sim, there's a tall and thin land fence dividing the four quarters of a full prim sim with no neighboring sims. Each tenant can create a unique build with water on two edges, and no influence from the neighbors on the others. It's intended for private homes or themed businesses who don't want the neighboring view changing from one month to the next. If a friend or colleague buys an adjoining parcel, terraforming limits are sufficient for each of you to flatten your half of the fence, of course.
