I can't get my viewer to get past the installing  vfs

Hello acecr and welcome to SL Forums. It is a known issue. It is very possible to fix it if you navigate and delete all contests at the following folder (having your viewer closed) and relog:

(Vista) and (Win 7) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ Secondlife

However sometimes it is no enough. If this doesn't correct the problem delete also everything into:

C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife , except of the .txt files in order to keep your im logs and chat logs.

About windows paths: C:\ = your hard disk, you find it in your computer. Where you see bachslash, follows another folder into the previous one. If the folder AppData is hidden show hidden files and folder under windows tools --> folder options.

what also helps is uninstalling that viewer and installing a new one.....and clear ALL of your web browers's cache....then install....

 

if you stillhave issues....you have a bug....
