• 10 individual homes, varying size. 
• 10 town buildlings, can be used for nearly anything! Most include living quarters above the shopfront. 
• 1 Longhouse perched above the town, protected by a singular gate
• 1 Barracks with 8 bedrooms
• 4 caverns, including a deep fighting pit at the belly beneath the longhouse
• All doors use the Kool Door system and can be set to group only
• Custom buildings, ambient texturing.
• Beautiful landscaping with several little "getaway" locations. 
• Most furnishings can be included in rental price for use, or removed. 
• Minor adjustments can be made, please inquire. 

 

Rental Information

• We will set up any "combat" or "rp" server needed.
• Land group rights for "rental owner".
• You "can" rent out the homes on the sim. 
• Existing marketplace in the sky.
• Kools doors set to the group of your choice, with administration rights to the doors.
• Assistance with rule/moderation/group displays and information at TP locations. 
• Extremely low price, well below standard full empty sim prices. Willing to negotiate
• Your rules and laws, we will not interject in your group or how you run the sim during your rental time.
