I got a  e-mail telling me that a friend got me a gift ...but didn't receive it in my inventory where is the item

Hello eaglecloud and welcome to SL Forums. If you didin't get the gift the resident who offered you the gift has two options:

1. He can contact the merchant asking politely for redelivery
2. If he purchsed the gift from marketplace he can also submit a  ticket --> Marketplace --> Failed Marketplace Delivery including the order number and the name of the item that failed to be delivered
