how do you remove a saved user name from the login screen

How do you remove a 'saved' User name from the login screen list? For example an account that has been deleted... and the name previously saved on the login page. Is there a way to get it off the list?

Enter your new name and password and check the box "remember". It will erase the previous name from the login screen. However, if you use several viewers, you will have to repeat the operation for each one. Same if you use them on several computers. The login screen always remembers the last login name and password.

Hello Governor and welcome to SL Forums. If you use the official Viewer 3 the last resident's name is saved automatically and there is no option to disable it like in some TVP's like Phoenix for example. However there is a trick. Launch the viewer and type in your log in screen a random username and password and click Login. Of course login fails. If you close the viewer and open it again you see there the random username and no yours. That 's the only you can do.

(If you use a TPV just disable "remember resident's name).
