The more days between the sale and tier due date the more you can get for it. Will you pay the transfer fee LL charges when a sim is sold? The buyer will take this into consideration. I've seen homesteads go for as little as $50.00 Other than the above considerations, it really depends on the market and how fast you need to sell.
