Ceera Murakami Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 I have a similar Mac, and I haven't yet found any graphics card that can support shadows in SL while still having a low enough power consumprion requirement that it won't fry the Mac. If you have an extremely new Mac Pro, that may have changed. Best bet is to contact an Apple store and ask them what the best-performing graphics card is that will work in your specific model and year of Mac Pro.
