Phoenix communicate window

Hi,

I have Phoenix 1185 installed.  Earlier on my lady crashed inworld but just before she did seemed to go into edit appearance.  Now I find that in my communicate window, under friends, her name appears as online but instead of having the green "head and shoulders" icon next to her name there is an odd shaped light blue icon which appears to have a av with its arms spread out inside it ?

i've never seen this before and was wondering if anyone knows what this symbol means, I'm assuming it signifies editing appearance ?  Thanks :)
