I am adult age verified but am unable to set my preferences to Mature or Adult

Hi - I verified my age and am now  interested in viewing adult content.  I tried to set my preferences, went thru all the steps but I cannot get out of the "General" viewing preference.  I cannot even get into the "General and Moderate" preference.  I have tried logging out and logging in again but no luck.  The steps seem very easy but.....

Others have complained about the same issue in V3. Try doing it in another viewer (Phoenix, Firestorm or Singularity for instance). Once your settings are registered in one viewer, they are recorded for all the others.

Hello caralisia and welcome to SL Forums.

1. If you are stuck only in General Regions you have to submit a ticket about under Account Issues.
2. If you have access in General and Moderate Regions, try to add payment info in your Account. Normally it will fix your issue.

You could, if you are unsuccessful trying what the others suggest, try to remove any and all SL specific (settings)files from your computer and set the viewer up from scratch again. Perhaps you will be able to change the maturity settings that way.

(I'm not sure what files exactly to remove. I also know that you have to look in ~/Library/Application Support/Second life/ if you use a Mac.)
