Greetings!

I  have an IMAC with snow leopard and I cannot log in at all. I start rezzing and see my avi but I crash within seconds. I am not very technical minded. I have tried a clean install (if I did it right). Does anyone have any other suggestions? I have been using another TPV but also can't use their new version either. Hoping I can get one of the new meshvviewers to work so I won't be left in the dust when the other viewers are no longer supported.

Thanks!

Open up the viewer and before you try logging in, go to the "Help" entry in the top menu and go down to "About Second Life."  Copy the text that appears and paste it to a reply in this thread. This may be a problem with old video drivers and/or hardware and that information will let us make some guesses and suggestions.
