i can not look at my profile and i can not edit my profile

i can not get into my profile so i can edit it at all. Ican't even look at it. ever since it was turned off on me for no reason. Then i had it turned back on with  case number 01274026 . Now i can get on to sl but i cant edit my profile at all . i just want to get this fixed please so i can edit my profile. PLEASE HELP.
