Then he was gone

Who meet as in a trance, then part again!
Two phantoms in the shadows of the moon
Can people really fall in love so soon?
He walked alone
He seemed alone like me
Could he have known
That moment was my destiny?
I had to run away,
And it was like a dream

I  always envy the writers in SL.  So many can write so eloquently and touch you deep inside with their words.  I fear I do not have that talent.  But, I have made an attempt here to express my feelings on a similar note.

 

Starry eyed, I watched and believed.

I felt you close and in my heart.

You spoke of things near and dear to me.

Our souls seemed to be mated from lives gone by,

I thought of you and how meaningful you had become to my life.

I gave to you my heart, my mind, my soul. 

Your RL became very busy,

I understood. 

I stayed steadfast still believing.

Then, one day, the fog finally lifted from my eyes,

I was shown what an alt cheating jerk you really are.
