This item is queued for delivery. Merchants cannot redeliver the item at this time, and have not been paid. If the item is not delivered within 8 hours after purchase, you will automatically receive a refund to your account. If you make a purchase while the transaction is in progress, the refund credit may be applied to your next order.

but i payind for this items.. please help me

Para lo que has comprado en el Marketplace:

  1. Ve a My Marketplace > My account > Order history
  2. Comprueba que, según esa información, los ítems te han sido realmente entregados (no que estén en espera o anulados).
  3. Comprueba en tu panel de control (secondlife.com > Account > Transactions History que se te han quitado los L$ correspondientes a ese objeto/s.
  4. Manda un MI con una notecard al vendedor copiándole todos los datos, tanto de la transacción de L$ como del Marketplace, y explicándole que no has recibido nada.
  5. Si pasado uno o dos días no te responde, abre un tique de soporte a LL con todos esos datos ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Base-de-conocimientos/C%C3%B3mo-contactar-con-el-servicio-de-Soporte-al-cliente/ta-p/796091 ). Como tipo usa Mercado > Eoor en la entrega de mercado.

Para lo comprado en el mundo es lo mismo, pero saltándote lo del Marketplace. Escribe un MI y notecard al vendedor con todos los datos de la transacción del objeto que no has recibido.

@Tamira. Read the offcial Knowledge Base ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Shopping-in-the-Marketplace/ta-p/700195#Section_.3.4 ):

Unreceived items

Has it been more than 24 hours since you ordered? If so, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely request redelivery of the item. If it has been less than 24 hours, please be patient and check again later. If the merchant doesn't respond, you can submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).

Slow deliveries may currently be more noticeable because you now have a cart to which you can add multiple items. (This wasn't the case with the old Xstreet, which closed for purchases in October 2010.) Unfortunately, we can only send so many items at a time.

hola, mmmmm cuando dice que no recibes nada en tu inventario te refieres a ningun folder??, por que aveces las cosas llegan a una carpeta que se llama Objetos, pero si no obstante no hay nada, es por que quisas has echo mal el procedimiento de compra, o si no por ejemplo compras un bestido, pagas la cantidad indicada, te saldra una ventana que dice que alguien te ha mandaado un folder con nombre bestido ( o un objeto), y  en esa ventana hay una opcion KEEP, IGNORE, y otro mas, que no me acuerdo, a pues cuando esa ventana te llega le tienes q dar KEEP, para que te aparesca en tu inventario de lo contrario, no llegara ahi :), espero te haya servido!
