If you are sure you did not purchase something but have been charged for it, then there is only one possibility.  Someone logged into your account and then used it to purchase something.

If you have given your password to someone they must have done this.  You will not get a refund of the money however unless you talk that person into giving you the money back.  When you share your password with someone you assume all the risk and must cover any expenses they create while logged into your account, even if you did not give them permission to create the expense.  Sharing your password is against the Terms of Service.

However if you have NEVER given your password to anyone, or you did but they did this without your permission, iimmediately change your password and notify who ever you use for payment information in case the person got your account numbers etc and uses them to make other purchases in or outside of SL. You may also wish to contact your local authorities or the department of your government that deals with theft and fraud.

Contact Linden Lab and report it too if you never gave your password to anyone.  You must do this directly.  This Answer board is residents advising residents and LL will not take action from just a post here.
