creating a billing agreement

how do you create a billing agreement between Linden labs and paypal?

 

i had to have it cancelled, or reset, as per linden labs to solve a billing problem, which just seemed tomake it worse. now paypal says linden labs has to reset up a new one with a # they gave me. but the service rep i spoke with couldnt figure it out either!

You create a verified PayPal account, put it as your payment method for your SL account.  Linden Lab already has an agreement with PayPal.  All you need to do is agree to PayPal's ToS......but that's between you and PayPal and you authorize Linden Lab to bill PayPal with the payment method you provide for you account.
