I cant buy anything or receive gifts from marketplace

Question

My avatar has been using marketplace for over a year and starting a few days ago I cant buy things or recieve gifts from other avatars through marketplace,,,I keep getting this message,,,

"So sorry to keep you waiting, we'll be right back!  We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly"

this has been like this for a few days,,

There are many delivery failures from the MP recently. I would recommend that once you have selected an item, click the "see item inworld" and go to the merchant's shop to purchase. When buying inworld, the items are almost ALWAYS immediately delivered to you. If you cannot go inworld, add the items to your favorites list in your marketplace account and go shopping in SL when you can login.

As for your current problem:

Deliveries may take up to 8 hours. You can consider there is a problem if you don't receive your items tomorrow. If nothing show up, contact the merchant (check his profile to see if he has any preference for IMs or notecards) with a copy of your transaction numbers and names of items. If you were charged and the delivery failed, ask politely for a new copy of your objects.

If you receive no reply from the merchant, first be patient: it's holiday time and not much people is inworld this week. If you don't have a reply, let's say by next Tuesday or Wednesday, you can file a support case: marketplace issue > failed delivery.

One last tip: NEVER over use your cart. Prefer buying items one by one or 2 as the more items purchased at the same time, the more delivery failures may occur.

I can't view my cart, nor buy anything in it. It's stuck at 10 items and I'm getting the same exact error msg. as you.

It's going on about 6 days for me with no resolve. still not able to purchase a thing on the marketplace. still getting the same error msg, telling me to continue to shop. this is super crazy that not one person has been able to help me in LL's??

Submitting a ticket is not going to fix the problem. This is the only answer I continue to get from Linden Lab's:

If you read other's responses on the jira, it doesn't seem the issue will be resolved for me, perhaps you also, anytime soon.

After several days of waiting, and submitting multiple tickets, and leaving comments on the jira I posted in an answer below, my cart was finally cleared this morning. I am now able to purchase items on the marketplace. Best and only thing I know you can do as of now, is submit a ticket, complain on the jira, and wait.
