Hello Real. You are no the first one here who reports this problem. Please have a look at this thread. It is just an example. For me the best you can do is to submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> General Marketplace issues. Report the problem there and wait for a reply. Alternatively if you are a Premium, use the LiveChat. You find the option on the right.
