The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are not coming up when I start the game for the first time.

I cannot review them or check the "I agree" box...  Solutions pls.

Change to a different viewer.  The 1.23 viewer listed at the bottom of the download page is a good choice.  Load it and then use it to accept the TOS.  Once you are successful, you can go back to the current viewer or whichever one you have decided to use.
