hi plz i need to open my limt visa coz i need to use the l$ to pay some thing to my home in the sl  im old in the sl sins 2007 my  avatar culd u help me plz thanx  

 

Hello kamanja and welcome to SL Forums.  If you have already reached your monthly payment limit,  your bank is not authorizing any more transactions. Contact the issuing bank to resolve the problem.

 

i call the bank and he tell me the visa its working  !! and you shud open from sl
