Wicked Passion Adult Playground is proud to announce our new beach house rentals!!

You receive a house + 150 Prims (Total of 400 prims) for 600$L/week (Houses are unfurnished. The model contains furniture which will count toward the resident prim count if they desire to use it)

Renters receive one week FREE if they pay a month (4 weeks) up front - that's four (4) weeks rent for the price of three (3)

Wicked Passion Adult Playground Residential Area Rules

No child Avatars

Rent must be paid ON TIME each week. The rental box will remind you when you have less than 2 days left.

Renters who do not pay on time will be evicted and have their things returned to the Lost & Found Folder.

Wicked Passion Adult Playground is not responsible for any items that are lost from this return due to the fact you did not pay your rent on time.

Renters are to be kind and courteous to their neighbors.

Breedables are welcome but will go against your prim count. Please keep them confined to your rented parcel space so they are not returned to your inventory. You may wear / ride horses or other animals in the sim if that option is available.

No refunds will be given if you terminate early.
