whats going on

i didnt receive the payments....!!

im a loyal player and ive been playing for a while

 

I have bank statements to prove that i purchased these lindens and they didnt come through..

anyone help?

Before you contact the Payments Dept. Make sure if you have actually been billed for the purchases. There have been some weird goings on lately with buying Lindens.

I've tried a few times recently to purchase $L and the transaction appeared to go through, but the money never showed in my $L Balance. After I checked PayPal I found that my CC hadn't been charged either. Just saying make sure you have all the facts before you contact Payments
