Full SIM rental (15000 prims)  - No additional costs...

 

1st month rent discounted to 74k (17100 pw) ...thereafter  normal 79k p/mth (18300 pw) -

You'll get Estate Manager rights to change the terrain and maturity rating and control ban lists.

SIM Name is Florentina .....Terrain texture can be changed to your choice and re-landscaped.
