FAKE ESTATE Owner deceived me and some other people thats why i ask what we can do with it? i pay for my two lands for 4 weeks ,i ask her where is problem in my land? she tell me i need delete build object for all residents and she set my two lands again for buy (for 2L$) i buy it and she banned me on her sim,i lost cash and other people too ,i know it becouse i sent to all online people on her group "Fake Estate" informations about deceived me ,i have two other persons who is deceived by her ,and we know there is propably many this people ,i want my cash back and please for check this other persons too ,becouse if she is really thief WE HOPE she can be banned forever in Second Life,please contact with me In-World and with this people ,i have all screens and history in SL  and payment history.

If you feel you have been robbed and abused, and if you can prove it as you state having screens and chat logs, then you have to file an abuse report. This is a resident to resident forum here. You have to deal with LL on this one.

In addition to Val's excellent answer, just be aware that Linden Lab does not read this forum and the appropriate way to file a complaint is as Val has suggested.  Normally, LL does not get involved in resident disputes but if you have evidence (dates, names, details), file an abuse report using the inworld feature under 'Help'.  Encourage others to do the same.

There is no guarantee that you will get the satisfaction you desire, but you can try.

Thank you for responds ,then i can make sim and normal deceived people with lands? sounds good...it can be good business ,but why this Thief think same like me and she deceived people with no reward like ban or something? i have screens and i have on my payment list in secondlife.com when i pay for land to object "fake estate rentals" and other people too ,but i not believe with no banned her by Linden Lab ,im some too serious person and some old and unfortunately is big cash for me what she deceived ,i use Help and i use raports four times in 2-3 days thats why i ask here .

Be patient. LL may take a few more days before answering, if they ever answer. As Venus pointed out, there is never a guarantee that they will get involved into a resident to resident dispute. Good luck anyway. Just move on, ignore this person and keep on enjoying your Second Life.

It is unfortunate you had this experience, Inez. There are many landowners in SL who have good reputations. Check around before renting or buying lands. I have been in SL for nearly five years and have never had bad experience with land. Good luck!
