Any designers looking for a main store piece of land?

I am not trying to spam - I am renting 1/4 of Awesome Isle. It is divided into 4 equal pieces and I would love to find 3 friendly people to share the island with.  The price is 15K per month with 3750 prims each.

This has been a womens clothing store for 5 years (Awesome Designs)

I have to do this quick because my fees are due for the land in a couple of days.

I'd like to keep the area PG/Mature and friendly.
