How do I view the File, Edit menu Bar?

I've been told that I need to switch from Basic to Advanced mode. I was also told that Basic and Advanced mode have been combined into one viewer.  Where is my menu bar?(File, edit, etc.)  I have downloaded SL Viewer Version 3.2.0.244443. Still no menu bar. I have a basic(Free) account .Do I have to upgrade to a premium account just to see the menu bar?

In latest V3 upgrade, there is no more basic or advanced modes. you'll love the interface. Easy, neat and understandable. If you didn't do so yet, UPGRADE! :smileyhappy:

Hello Cyrus. You download the last version of V3 with the new UI here: http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ If so, you will see the Menu Bar on the top, except if you accidentally hide it (and generally the UI) with Ctrl+Shift+U.
