I am presently setting up "A Night in Vegas" event and we are wanting to know if you would be willing to sponsor our event?The "A Night in Vegas" event is going to have a 500L Contest prize associated with it provided by the club owner. The last event we had the sim was packed with 30 - 40 people, raising our traffic and interest in the club to over 7K. The crowd was hoping and brought a lot of attention to the sponsors we had that night. For a small simple donation we can bring that attention of your shop &/or service.In exchange for you sponsorship, we would like to give you're shop publicity to our never ending visitors. Your ad will run for that night, PLUS for ONE week before and ONE week after. Your shops name will be sent out on the invitation (with a LM to your shop) Along with being talked about by the DJ during the contest. We also post the Slurl and Logo Picture of your Shop or Service along with a picture of the items you donated on our Facebook Page ( www.facebook.com/ClubEpicSL ) and mention it throughout the week in our status updates. Finally, when we post the party invitation on the SL Community Forums we also list our sponsors and a Slurl to their shop.We currently are looking for sponsors to donate two (2) showgirl outfits for the DJ and Hostess to wear for the night. They can be returned after if the Sponsor so chooses. This allows us to model your type of work, give your shop some publicity, and allows our staff to have a nice outfit to wear without buying it.Along with the showgirl outfits we are currently looking for people who made casino games (Slot Machines, Zyngo, etc...) You can keep all the profits that the machines make for the night but you also incure any loses from people winning. You just rez the machines in our club and set them up for people to play.
