Hello Hondo and welcome to SL Forums. We had a lot of region restarts earlier today till 6:00 pm PST time for some unplanned maintenance on LL servers. Several regions were down for an extended period of time. Maybe your problem is relative. Did you check your Lost & Found folder? If you were missing many horses did you check for coalesced objects? Read also an view here about why is possible your horsed to be disappeared. Give a try to clear your cache and contact the creator / merchant to see if he knows something more or if he can support you.
