Try logging in to a different location by typing in a sim name in the location field on the login screen. Smith or Pooley should be ok. Then try to log in.

If this does not help, try to get the group tag you were wearing before logging in last changed. Either, if it is a group you own, use an alt that has editing rights to group titles or have a friend in the group edit it, or PM/IM the owner of the group to have them kick you out of the group. You can always join it after again.
