I'm having trouble with purchasing Lindens. I've tried in world and through the website. Any ideas

Question

I have a card on file through the website but keep getting an error when I try in world that says I don't have one on file, please submit one.  When I try to purchase through the website, it cancels itself out saying it failed or took too long...

 

Any ideas?

... Difficult really to say exactly what is wrong. Many residents here daily report Billing issues. The best you can do is to contact Billing Support to speak directly with someone of LL's support team. Other options could be:
