By id prefix is possible to find out the name of the product (object)?

Hello Friends,

Accessing the profile on the site, we can go to Account > Transaction History. And there we find the date, time, ID Prefix, Details (Region, gift, etc.), debit, credit and balance.
Is not told the name of the object received or donated.
Through the ID PREFIX is possible to find out the name of the object in the inventory?
