Why doesnt my Paypal info update?

I changed my e-mail adress on Paypal and tried to change it in my Billing info as well, since the e-mail no longer is known to LL. It wont change even though I delete the old billing info and then set up new PayPal info, it keeps recalling my old and now obselete e-mail adress. Thus my account cant be creditted, and I cant pay tier and cant buy Linden.

You need to call billing to find out what the problem is.

Yeah, same problem here.  Yet five minutes earlier, I was able to update my PayPal info on an alternative account.
