Why when IM downloading SSL phoenix it always say error

When I had my first SSL avatad, it have problem, I clouded see my avatad or tip anywhere, using SSL viewer 2, and now I sing in for new using the same download, is the same, I can't still see my avatad and the new one. WHY please help!
