I purchased money and did not recieve it at all

I purchased L's and when i looked i had none i clicked on the product and it said i had insufficent amount and ate the amount i had in my account and said i was neg..Buy object failed because you don't have enough L$. [15:40]  Insufficient funds. [15:40]  An internal error prevented us from properly updating your viewer.  The L$ balance or parcel holdings displayed in your viewer may not reflect your actual balance on the servers.

I had 208L in my account it ate it and now i am neg and did not recieve the money i bought or the item,,

 

Ok my money is back that i had but it still has not given me the money i bought,, thank you for the help
