I know there are rolling restarts going on but for the past hour I have tried to log in with AV and alt. I have tried to log in to safe areas like smith and I still get error message stating that "unable to connect to a simulator" . Obviously I have internet right now because I am posting this. I also have shut down router and modem and restarted computer. Any ideas or is it a glitch right now and other are experiencing same issue?

Hello Nickie and welcome to SL Forums. You have already done exactly what we would suggest you here. Be sure that you are not the only with log in issues this moment. Personally i can't suggest something else than to make some patience and watch http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ for updates.

If someone else here have has another idea or suggestion is welcome.
