SL 3 will not open

I'm trying to run the latest SL 3 version on my Macbook Pro notebook without any success.  When I click on the icon I get a white window instead of the log in page.  I've tried removing and re-installing the application without any affect.

Are there any other things I can try in order to get SL 3 functioning?

did u get a "patch"...try firestorm instead...its better anyways and more efficent and friendly on your computer

Hello apollinaire. Sounds like a problem with your internet connection. Power down your modem / router leting it closed for at least 2-3 mins, restart your computer, power on and try to run the viewer again. If the problem remains and assuming that you haven't any other problem with your internet connection, try a TPV.
