My avatar still saty not visible as cloud and unable to edit appearance nor wear clothes

Several days now I cannot see my avatar and am unable to wear clothes nor shape nor skin (only attachments can be weared), the message "can't change appearance until  clothing and shape are loaded" come everytime when I tryied. It's not my PC cause I went back later with another Alt and all was normal and also I setted all my firewalls off. That occured after Monday Big crash (1 pm slt in my land at Owen Lars) and never ended to now... Please help me as soon as possible (sorry for my worse english language but I am french girl.

Also wait until all your inventory is loaded, sometimes it takes awhile. Hope this helps

This certainly sounds like your cache is corrupted.

A cleaning of your cache should be able to fix this
