Contact each selller with a NC or IM (depending on what they prefer, see their profiles). Explain your mistake, copy your transactions numbers from your market place order history, and ask really politely for redelivery. Make sure you are inworld and not busy ATM. Take it easy, merchants are used to this. You will have no problem.

Hello Morgan and welcome to SL Forums. If you purchased them at Marketplace you can also submit a ticket  https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply.

I have to slightly disagree with you, Love. Submitting a ticket sounds like putting the blame on the merchant, while SHE did the mistake been busy at the moment the imtes were delivered. You might edit your post and suggest she waits for the merchant's reply before filing a case.
