Hello Hrisa and welcome to SL Forums. Stuff was delivered but accidentally you didin't press "Keep", right? You need to contact the merchant asking politely for redelivery. If you bought it from Marketplace you find the name of the merchant in your order history under My marketplace --> My account. If you bought in world, go back to the store and find the name with right click on the vendor --> Edit. In both cases is better to send a notecard and include the copy of the relative transaction. Most merchants are very kind and they like to help the customers. Good luck.
