All Marketplace purchases failing: 1 item failed with the error: Second Life communications timeout. Keep trying to buy different items. diffeernet vendors. sinly or in lotsa and they all fail. 

 

 

Only trouble with the ticket and talking to merchant is it never gets delivery. I get the failed timeout error. and have to ry again. Been doing this for days, And not had one successful purchase. But thank you anyhow,

Please refrain from transactions for now rolling restarts today: that means that Secondlife is doing maintianance. So you may experience hiccups with ALL transactions and builds today. So take it easy...relax....it will get better

also if you do not receive your items...polietly send the seller a notecard with your transaction number and order number and date....tell them your issue (after the rolling) then wait...be patient...these sellers are so nice and willsend you your item in a timely manner....

Hello SamsRob and welcome to SL Forums. At first clear your browser's cache, relog in your dashboard and try another browser. For your undelivered purchases you can submit a ticket  https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply. Alternatively contact the merchant as already suggested.
