how do I transfer all my Linden dollars to anothers person's existing account..

My sister has an SL account and wants to transfer her Linden dollars to my SL account.  What does she need to do?

She has to open your profile > pay. that's it.

Hello and welcome to SL Forums. Let's clarify that she must to be online in world. You can't transfer lindens if you are offline or log in only your dashboard. The other avatar (which recieves the lindens) is no necessary to be online in world. You will get the lindens when you log in.

Advice: Avoid to make any linden trascaction in world when we have known issues in world as they are reported in http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ as almost daily this week. Always check out this space before to do a transaction in world.
