hello! I bought 7 things through marketplace, got everything, pressed to accept, but in objects nothing appeared. that to do?

Look in your "recent items" folder. If you accepted them all, they should be in here. Just in case, also have a look at your "lost and found".

Hello Nastya and welcome to SL Forums. If you are sure that your stuff is no in the Objects folder, type on the top of your inventory the name of the products or part of them (one by one)  and check out if they are in other folder. If still you can't find something, clear your cache under your preferences and Advanced tab, relog in a quiet sim like Smith and look again.

I never told you to clear your cache, Nastya. This doesnt help to find your recent objects. Go to your marketplace account > order history and note (or print) the names of your items. Then you can easily do a search by name.

OK, so now do a search by name for each product, one by one. You should retrieve them. In case you cannot find them anywhere, you will have to send each merchant a notecard along with an IM, copying your transactions numbers just as you just did, explain the seller the items were lost and ask politely for redelivery. Also try to be inworld when you do that.

I thought your problem was resolved as you gave LoveAngel Lyre the accepted solution blue button...
