Hi, my name is Eric, I'm part owner of the Moon Spirit sim and manager of Kind Hearted Rentals.  We have homes to fit any budget.  We have beach homes with very realistic ocean views or we have budget Skyhomes.  All homes come furnished but you can put out your own furniture after a 2 week stay with us.  We offer many things that set us a part from the others.

First, our landscaping is like no other....very realistic look.  We also have a public beach where you and your friends can swim, surf, sail, snorkle, ride a jet ski, etc.  and for our tenants, we have a club house where we often throw parties where you can win some really cool stuff
