can the mant this week on a region cause the land to be tefformed somewhat

just wondering if the sl mant this week can cause the land to be tefformed somewhat with all the restarts and such

I'm going to assume that mant = maintenance.  I've heard of recent terraforming changes (same day as restart) getting rolled back to a previous state.  But I've not seen anything about changes where the land has been the same for a number of days or weeks prior to a restart.

Perhaps you can provide more detail about your question.
