I bought some clothes in the marketplace but can't access them in my viewer. I am newbie..

After reading through the help section realized I think I discarded the new items when i opened my viewer...since I didn'[t know what I was doing.  How do I retrieve these items now?  They are not in my inventory.  Thanx.

Hello imajen and welcome to SL Forums. At first be sure that the new stuff is not in your inventory. The easiest way is to open the second tab of your inventory called "Recent" and check out if you can find them there. Usually you see a box. If you reloged, look into the folder called "Objects" in your main inventory. If you are sure that you can't find them, open your dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> and check out if your purchases have been delivered. If yes, means that the merchant got payed. If not, normally you must to wait up to 24 hours.  If this time expires, submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened and wait for a reply. If you accidentally discarded the new items contact the merchant (you see the name in your order history - it says "Sold by" ... the name of the merchant) --> use the search in world to find him/her and after try to im. If it is no possible, send a notecard. How you create and send a notecard? Look
