I paid for some boots from a vendor and see that it was taken out the 250L but I did not get them

I paid for some boots from a vendor  in the Learher & Lace. I have tried to comtact the name of a person to send s notecard

explaming  my problemI because I can't fimd the names of the vendor and  just want  want my payment back.

Hello valarina and welcome to SL Forums. Wait a little more. Real life has always the priority and many people don't log in daily. Be sure that the merchant when log in and gets your notecard will send you the boots or a refund (depends of their policy). As i know all of them are polite and helpful because very simply they need us, the customers. Good luck.

So you haven't contacted the vendor/merchant because you can't find their name? Look in your transaction history.

Include the transaction # in IM and/or notecard (look at the merchant's profile to see if they have a preferred way to contact them RE customer service issues).
