New Viewer, FPS dropped?

Try following this path:  All programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Cleanup.  It helps greatly any time you delete and install a new viewer.  It takes about an hour or so to run your disk cleanup, but it's well worth the time.  Run your disk cleanup every time you uninstall and reinstall another viewer; it's helped me tremendously and it frees up space on your hard drive.  Once that is done, reboot, log back in, and change your name tag, and see if those two steps helped any.
