hello, my old account is ; kreolita Decosta, this is my first account, but, my exboyfriend have hacked my account in september 2010 .. and 2 month after i have creat a new account for see all my friend in second life. please help me, I'm designer on second life, i have creat new clothes with my new avatar, but i need my old account for contacting all my friend. ty

Your ex must have had your password to hack your account. You must NEVER give your password to ANYBODY, not even your boyfriend, hubby or whoever.

Now you can try filing a support case to retrieve your account, which is unfortunately not very likely to work. LL may not be very much inclined to help you as giving away your password was your fault.

It might be too late for this account, you'll need to contact support.  But you should be using unique passwords for each login you have on the internet, using strong passwords.  Universal Password Manager and Strong Password Generator work great in making this a lot easier.
